Steve Nova Environmental Engineering Services of Massachusetts is experiencing rapid expansion due to new sustainability goals set by property owners. They specialize in due diligence services, environmental compliance and remediation as well as construction services.

“Terra Nova”‘s debut episode offers something for everyone, including cops, dinosaurs, family drama, time travel and prison break plotlines – it remains unclear which plotlines will garner most of our attention as the series progresses.

Early Life and Education

Steven was known for his passion for learning, traveling and being with family and friends that transcended race, religion, age and social status – leaving a lasting impactful mark through his generous spirit, sense of humor and generosity.

Nova is an accomplished leader, actively taking part in youth leadership programs throughout high school. Additionally, she was an accomplished athlete – competing in volleyball, track & field and basketball competitions; eventually receiving a full basketball scholarship upon graduating.

Nova is one of the co-founders and spokespersons for Freedom March Vancouver/Black Freedom Society whose goal is to end racism experienced by black and indigenous people of color around the world today. Additionally, she volunteers at Feed It Forward which seeks to make an impactful difference in Canadian lives that are food insecure while simultaneously decreasing wasteful food practices.

Professional Career

Steven currently leads Nova’s Finance/Accounting and Human Resources functions. Working closely with its executive team, he provides key information needed for operational, financial, and strategic decision making. Steven also oversees all accounting/reporting services; corporate insurance; audit & tax issues; employee benefits packages and banking relationships – among many other responsibilities.

He brings over 23 years of experience to the due diligence field. He specializes in complex controlled group and 410(b) cross-testing, annual trust accounting and Form 5500 preparation.

He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business from NSU. Beyond his professional life, he’s an active member of his church as well as volunteering for community service projects locally. Together with his wife he lives in Charlotte with two rescue pups.

Achievement and Honors

Steven Nova has earned numerous honors throughout his lifetime, such as three Oscars and receiving the Irving G Thalberg Memorial Award. Furthermore, his writing has been featured in various magazines such as Esquire and The Paris Review.

He has also served as head coach of a Division II women’s basketball team, starting it from scratch and leading it to back-to-back conference championships during his time there.

At Cornell University, he holds a professorship of mathematics. Throughout his career he has made important contributions in numerous scientific areas, particularly applied mathematics. For his efforts he has received many prizes and fellowships – among them Princeton’s Jacob Gould Schurman Prize in Applied Math.

Personal Life

Nova is an internationally published model who works for brands such as Macy’s and Jared. She has appeared on television shows such as See and Motherland and is an activist for Black Lives Matter; serving as one of the voices for Freedom March Vancouver.

She has worked on magazine assignments that took her to places she had always dreamed of visiting and provided plenty of inspiration en route. Through resilience and persistence she has built a successful career across different fields of work.

Nova currently resides in Sapulpa, Oklahoma but previously resided in Ypsilanti and Detroit Michigan. She has collaborated with artists such as Sufjan Stevens and Son Lux. Nova is Vice President and Shareholder at Nova 401(k) Associates where she specializes in defined contribution plan administration (401(k) profit sharing plans; controlled group and 410(b) cross-testing; annual trust accounting services and Form 5500 preparation).
