Hawai’i Island police have charged 27-year-old Adam Kahekili Kepoo of Honoka’a with various offenses stemming from a domestic incident on April 23. While conducting patrols at Kawaihae Boat Harbor in South Kohala, officers observed two occupants of a vehicle containing both adults, one female (driver), and male passenger. When approached, adult female driver reported an altercation involving them both and reported domestic allegations with him being made against her by male passenger (driver).
