Daley, Thomas Gillen and Michael Miselis were members of RAM – a white supremacist organization which regularly caused violence at political rallies in California according to prosecutors. After attending the Unite the Right rally in August 2017, these men were arrested.
Early Life and Education
Ben Daley was an honor roll student and accomplished soccer player at Spencerport High School. As part of a state championship-winning soccer team, he also earned varsity letter awards in football and basketball.
Daley and Miselis both pleaded guilty to conspiring to riot following their roles in the violence that broke out at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, last year. Both were members of a small militant group which cast itself as an alt-right fight club; training street fighters and publicizing its activities via social media.
