Brad Friedmutter was born and raised in New York City before graduating from Cooper Union as an architect. As founder of Friedmutter Group – an architecture, design and master planning firm with experience designing integrated resorts – he has designed many integrated resorts since graduation from Cooper.

After being employed as a project manager by Conversano and Associates, he became Vice President of Design & Construction for Steve Wynn’s Atlandia Design. Subsequently he moved on to Bally’s and eventually established his own company which has worked on numerous Las Vegas projects including the $3.9 billion Cosmopolitan Hotel.

Studio City Macau, a hotel and casino located in Macau, became an especially notable project due to the involvement of leading directors such as Brett Ratner, Martin Scorsese, Leonardo DiCaprio, James Packer and Mariah Carey in its design and production.

Professional Career

Brad Friedmutter of Friedmutter Group has designed and overseen some of the world’s largest integrated resorts. These projects have included Station Casinos’ four-diamond award winning Green Valley Ranch Resort and Red Rock Resort as well as iconic Cosmopolitan on Las Vegas Strip.

Kimberly began dating Baywatch star David Hasselhoff in 2009 before marrying Las Vegas-based architect Brad Friedmutter on October 23, 2010. Kimberly is also an author, hypnotherapist and life management expert from The United States.

Kimberly designed, wrote and hosted a talk radio program on KLSX Los Angeles as well as appearing in several television series such as Private Chefs of Beverly Hills and Bethenny. Kimberly and Brad currently reside in Malibu and share one child. In October 2017 their mesmerizing wedding at their Shangri-Las Vegas mansion was dubbed by Luxury Magazine as an unforgettable “Wedding Fantasy”.
