Dan Livingston, Attorney at Law
Dan Livingston works in an office decorated with black-and-white photographs of protests and rallies, such as one depicting his father speaking out against Nixon before thousands of demonstrators.

Additionally he was an active member of Saint Patrick Parish as well as several community based organizations.
Livingstone was raised in an intensely Scottish environment of personal piety, poverty, hard work and education. By age ten he had found employment as a piecer at a cotton mill in Blantyre and his first week’s wages had enabled him to purchase Latin grammar texts for study.
His hallmark was a dry sense of humor and big heart; animal lovers would find comfort knowing he would always find time to adopt any stray. All who knew him will mourn his departure.
