Daniel Case

Daniel Case – White Collar and Anti-Financial Crime Counsel

Daniel serves as counsel to the Firm’s Global White Collar/Investigations Practice based in Frankfurt and advises national and international corporates and financial institutions on all aspects of white collar crime investigations and anti-financial crime issues.

Each side remains committed to their interpretation of EHA’s mainstreaming requirement and, thus, this controversy resurfaces each time EPISD develops a placement or IEP plan for Daniel.

Early Life and Education

Early experiences play an instrumental part in shaping children’s development. Studies have demonstrated that having strong, nurturing relationships with both parents and other adults as well as safe environments encourage positive development in children.

As noted above, the ARD Committee discovered that Daniel’s disability impedes his participation in class activities and prevents him from mastering most of the curriculum. Furthermore, for Daniel to receive all of the developmental skills offered in Pre-kindergarten would require extensive alterations of its curriculum and take too much of her focus away from other students in class; we cannot accept such an unwieldy burden under the name of mainstreaming.
