David Qualls is a Siberian Husky breeder and veterinarian who has been raising and showing AKC registered dogs for more than four decades. As an AVMA-certified vet and member of both Florida Veterinary Medical Association and Jacksonville Veterinary Medical Society, his areas of expertise include dermatology, ophthalmology, laser surgery, behavior modification and pet nutrition.
