Discovered a new function on the Audi A3 radio key?

Hard to believe: Now is mine A3 1.6 TDI Ambition has been my daily companion for over a year and I have rented it several times before, but I still don’t know all the functions. I noticed something interesting yesterday: I already knew that a long press on the top or bottom button of the radio key (i.e. lock and unlock) can be used to open and close the windows. but also the middle button (unlock trunk only) has a function if you press it for a long time: the trunk not only unlocks, but is also lifted a few mm from the “anchoring” or the end! To open it, I just have to push it up. Very practical when I carry something with both hands. Then all I have to do is raise my elbow slightly! If you then close the trunk again, it locks itself automatically and the A3 acknowledges this by flashing.

I hope I’m not the only one who doesn’t know this…
