Jack Deeds is an expert real estate services professional. He assists his clients with property sales, mortgages and any related matters. Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Law + Information Systems at University of Maryland.

De La Torre proposed legislation in 2008 requiring county recorders to amend deeds with offensive covenants; this proposal was later shot down by then-Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Early Life and Education

Jack Deeds is currently Niyam IT’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His expertise lies in financial strategy, analysis, forecasting and policy creation. With experience streamlining administration and developing systems to enhance efficiency. Prior to Niyam IT he served as Senior Consultant with Marcum LLP before serving as Vice President of Systems and Finance with Higher Achievement.

Nettye still owns her land today, though the house that once stood there has long since vanished. At one time she recalls buyers telling her that if she gave them deed to it they could sell it much faster for more money.

Jack deeds began his career with Deloitte & Touche, one of the Big Eight accounting firms. Later he served as CFO for Augat, Inc in N Attleboro MA and Thermacore of Lancaster in Pennsylvania; additionally serving as Vice President for Finance & Systems with National Cooperative Business Association.

Deeds has extensive expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and policy creation. He has an established track record in improving processes while cutting costs; leading multi-million dollar projects as project manager as well as teams in multiple industries.

He has been actively involved with multiple nonprofits, including Cupertino Community Services, PACE (Autistic Center), and AYSO Soccer. Known for being an innovative thinker who excels at team collaboration. Also enjoys sipping wine and sharing meals with his loved ones.

Achievement and Honors

Jack excelled as both a life saver and football player during high school. Additionally, he participated in the Newman Club – an organization for Catholic youth – as an outstanding student earning honor, meritorious, and distinguished service certificates; as an excellent painter his works were featured in John Adams High School Clipper newspaper. After fulfilling his obligations to Maritime Service he was sent to Washington in order to create training films; after which he discovered acting and took over Ben Gazzara’s role of Brick Pollitt from Tennessee Williams’ Pulitzer Prize winning play Cat on a Hot Tin Roof running for 694 performances between March 1955 – November 1956 at Morosco Theatre.

Personal Life

Jack learned much from his experience on Hawaii Five-0 about people. His ability to portray different types of characters such as McGarrett – a tough yet caring police officer. Additionally, Jack appeared as Brick Pollitt in Tennessee Williams’ Pulitzer Prize-winning play Cat on a Hot Tin Roof which ran for 694 performances.

After his obligation with the Maritime Service ended, Jack attempted various art forms but quickly discovered acting was more his forte. After being sent to Washington DC to make training films he found out how much he enjoyed it!

Jack began taking acting classes with Sanford Meisner at the Neighborhood Playhouse and went on to guest star on several popular television series and made-for-television movies, in addition to appearing in live TV theater programs such as Alcoa Presents, US Steel Hour and Kraft Suspense Theatre.
