He serves on the board of Coca-Cola Femsa SAB and holds shares in Chiquita Brands International; former Florida Governor Jeb Bush wrote a letter welcoming Cutrale when he purchased Auburndale from Coca-Cola in 1997.

A London court ruled in 2021 that English courts are permitted to hear price fixing claims against them although they have denied involvement in a cartel; an appeal has since been filed by them against that ruling.
