This magnificent loft apartment is located in a building that was built in the 1880s and housed offices for decades. The decision to renovate was in the hands of two architects. They drafted a project according to which the building should be given a new purpose and a new face. The chic apartment has been completely transformed and now has light-flooded rooms and is furnished with contemporary furniture.

The renovation work resulted in a modern and functional living design. Although the traces of the old architecture were hardly to be seen, the designers tried to preserve the beautiful retro atmosphere.
