- Casserole Recipe: Veal with Spring Vegetables
Ingredients: 1 kg of veal, 3-4 carrots, onions or chives, 300 grams of sugar peas, butter, flour, cream, dill, salt and pepper.
Preparation:
To make it go faster, you have to wash the veal the previous evening and boil it in a liter of water for about 1 hour. The next day, dice the meat, strain the broth. You can use these later for soups. Boil the peas and carrots in lightly salted water.
Sweat the flour in butter and add a little broth. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the meat cubes. Mix the egg yolks with the cream and add them to the sauce. Add the cooked peas and carrots and serve in the saucepan. Season to taste with a little lemon juice.
Extra tip: You can also serve potatoes sprinkled with dill!

Required ingredients: 700 g minced meat, onions, salsa, hot pods, tomatoes, 1 can of corn, Worcestershire sauce, Cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt.
Preparation: Stew the minced meat and onions in a little oil in a saucepan, then add the other ingredients and heat well. Put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake at 190 degrees C for 10 minutes. Ready!
