Six-year-old finds daycare breakfast in lunch box drugs
A teacher from Weiden (in the Upper Palatinate) experienced a real surprise last Friday when the breakfast of a six-year-old protégé turned out to be a drug box. Instead of the expected culinary delights, at best a lovingly spread bread and a little fruit, the girl’s lunch box contained marijuana and cigarettes.
As various media reports, this unpleasant mix-up of lunch boxes by the mother should have serious consequences. After the child’s caregiver discovered the drugs and tobacco products, she immediately called the police to report the matter.
According to press information, it is currently considered certain that the marijuana belonged to the mother. The youth welfare office has now been notified. In addition, according to RTL, the case was handed over by the police to the public prosecutor’s office. This checks the further procedure.
