Steve Washkalavitch – A Producer at Graham Company
Steve Washkalavitch joined Graham Company as a producer in 2015. Since then, he has established new business relationships by offering world-class organizations comprehensive risk management strategies and tailored insurance programs tailored specifically to them. Prior to working for Graham Company he began his career within his family business before attending Drexel LeBow College of Business to earn an Executive Master of Business Administration.

Early Life and Education
Washkalavitch worked tirelessly as the vice president of a small family business to expand Longacre Appraisal & Adjustment Service Inc. He also enrolled in Drexel University’s LeBow Executive MBA program and opened up his own consulting firm specializing in small businesses.
At Graham Company, he works as a producer where he creates new business relationships by providing first-class organizations with comprehensive risk management strategies and customized insurance programs tailored specifically for them. With extensive experience both general commercial and personal lines insurance policies he possesses extensive expertise across both general commercial and complex personal policies.
He is proud of his time spent playing hockey for Philadelphia Little Flyers and thrilled that former player, Mason Riley, recently made the commitment to Worcester State University MASCAC Division III team through Little Flyers/AJHL hockey. According to him, this success speaks for itself!
Professional Career
Steve Washkalavitch has experienced exceptional career growth and success throughout his life. After years working for his family business, he enrolled in Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business Executive MBA program to build up his confidence to take on more leadership positions. Washkalavitch takes great pleasure in spending quality time with family and friends as he coaches youth hockey sessions and attends live music performances in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania with his wife.
Achievement and Honors
Steve Washkalavitch has proven himself an asset both professionally and civically, contributing generously to youth hockey programs as a donor, serving on the Drexel Executive MBA Alumni Board, and serving as vice president of Longacre Appraisal & Adjustment Service, Inc. as its vice president.
He was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of Philadelphia’s Top 25 Leaders Under 40. Additionally, he serves on the boards for both The Philadelphia Foundation and LeBow College of Business; The Philadelphia Jewish Federation awarded him with their Philanthropy Award.
Personal Life
Steve Washkalavitch remains committed to giving back despite a busy schedule, coaching youth hockey and serving on Drexel’s Executive MBA Alumni Board as an advocate and mentor for their students. His success can be attributed to both hard work ethic and his love for playing hockey on both South Philadelphia streets and Neumann University grounds – something which led him to coaching youth hockey teams at both venues.
He is a proud parent who enjoys spending his free time with his family. Additionally, he’s an enthusiastic music lover who regularly attends live performances – his parents Rose and John Washkalavitch are immensely proud of his accomplishments and reside at Glen Mills, Pennsylvania (his previous addresses being 703 Euclid Avenue Wilmington Delaware and 1086 Wagner Avenue Philadelphia PA).
