Professional Career

Steven Caligor serves as executive vice president and head of structured finance – CRE and Healthcare at Bank Hapoalim’s U.S. division, overseeing a team of professionals located throughout New York city. He has over 30 years of commercial banking experience, with expertise in middle market, large corporate, public/syndicate financing transactions and equipment finance transactions. He previously served as an Executive of Bank Leumi USA’s NY Regional Office where he oversaw four lending teams within commercial real estate, food & commodities, healthcare & C&I portfolios. Prior to Bank Leumi USA he held positions at Signature Financial LLC where he led one team while being part of their credit committee; Monticello Asset Management arranges bridge-to-HUD financing solutions for senior living facilities throughout the U.S.
