Stovall is an entrepreneur, college professor, author, and public speaker. He has presented workshops on topics like entrepreneurship, management, leadership, supervision, sexual harassment avoidance, stress and time management and more. He serves on the boards of both Greenville University and Charleston Southern University, was on the YMCA board in Greenville County, and holds board membership in several non-profit organizations.
As a member of both the Tennessee Bar Association and American Bar Association, Mr. Williamson possesses vast expertise in labor and employment law ranging from employee policy development to litigation defense; especially adept in union avoidance advice for both small and large companies alike. Stovall was an accomplished business owner and customer service expert. He founded and was editor-in-chief of Customer Service Report magazine devoted exclusively to customer service issues.
As a corporate leader, Stovall has led Brookstone Construction into one of southeast Texas’ premier commercial construction firms with projects in community/religious, education, healthcare and municipal markets. In 2021, Steve Dishman was named chairman; Samantha Hutchison serves as chief financial officer while Jeramy Moffitt acts as vice president/project manager.

Stovall is an internationally recognized speaker and best-selling author as well as the founder of Customer Service Report magazine – an international bimonthly publication that has been in circulation for over two decades. As such, he is frequently invited to appear as a guest on radio and TV programs, as well as quoted in several publications as an expert source.
He served in the Navy from 1979 to 1991 and operated radios, teletypewriters and decoded Morse Code before receiving dedicated service awards for his contributions to America’s space program.
Stovall leaves behind his beloved wife Joyce; three sons – Levi Stephen Stovall and his wife Sarah, Ethan Dennis Stovall with his partner Rebekah King, and Jesse Triana Stovall; his grandchildren Rachel Arnold and Zach Mace; as well as a great-granddaughter named Winona Garrigan. Additionally he was an ardent stepgrandfather.

Stovall is an academic at Southeast Missouri State University who teaches Management and Entrepreneurship courses. His experience includes starting four companies as well as great expertise in customer service.
Artistically gifted and highly esteemed among his fellow artists, he was widely revered. Renowned for his silkscreen printing techniques he could turn any idea or image into masterful silkscreen prints that many of his contemporaries greatly admired.
Stovall’s family lives all across the country, yet he resides on Pine Needle Cir in Simpsonville, Missouri. His children include Rebekah Dawson and Steven Graham as well as five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Kathryn Stovall is his survivor as both of her parents as well as sister Dwana Carol Hooper have since passed on.
