Subs Like Scripts

A subtitle is the heading beneath a film’s title or subtitles. A script is the text of a movie, and creating subtitles is the same thing. These transcribe foreign-language dialogue, and make the dialogue easier to understand. But what is the difference between a script and a subtitle? Here’s an example: A script translates the dialog of a film, and subs transcribe the film’s important dialogue.
