Tyreek Thomas

Thomas amassed 935 yards last season from 63 receptions he caught and 21 touchdowns. Additionally, he returned kickoffs and punts.

Thomas has the potential to be one of the top Fantasy receivers for 2019. Even with Quincy Enunwa and Terrelle Pryor on board, he should still see plenty of targets from Drew Brees.

Early Life and Education

Thomas was raised by his single mother in Los Angeles, California. As a youth he played pop Warner football and in Snoop Dogg’s Snoop Youth Football League. Later he would choose Oregon over USC which was only 10 minutes from home.

As a junior, he was nominated for both the Paul Hornung Award and Doak Walker and Heisman Trophies; scoring eight touchdowns through both running backs and receivers that year.

Thomas was arrested at a relative’s home in September 2020 on charges of committing violent and sexually abusive assault against a female relative, ultimately receiving life plus 60 years for these offenses and an additional rape case pending against him.

Professional Career

Thomas was an all-around threat for Oregon in 2011, offering them in rushing, receiving and punt returning duties. His 91-yard touchdown run in the Rose Bowl set a Rose Bowl record; and was nominated for Paul Hornung Award as well as watch lists for Doak Walker Award and Heisman Trophy consideration.

At his core is humility; he’s known as one of the few players in the NFL who doesn’t ever complain about plays or calls made against them. Starting all 168 games he’s played so far and making over 1,300 tackles over his career span.

He is one of the top receivers for the New Orleans Saints and expected to sign a record-setting contract extension soon. Patrick Mahomes at quarterback will make for an effective duo that should create havoc throughout their respective teams.

Achievement and Honors

He achieved All-NFL honors as part of the Chiefs, becoming one of the greatest defensive players ever seen in NFL history. Additionally, he served as defensive captain and proved invaluable on the field; showing incredible skill at anticipating opposing offenses while coordinatint with teammates to coordinate them appropriately.

At a franchise level, he has set franchise records for forced fumbles, sacks in a season and career fumble recoveries – earning both the Derrick Thomas Award and Mack Lee Hill Award from his teammates.

He has won multiple team awards for his outstanding performance, such as the Ed Block Courage Award and Nat Moore Community Service Award. An inspiration to many, and an influential figure on the football field. Every team dreams of having him on its roster!

Personal Life

Thomas was an iconic running back for the Buffalo Bills and became synonymous with their “K-Gun” offense which led them to four consecutive Super Bowl appearances from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, he earned five Pro Bowl selections and first-team All-Pro honors.

Thomas has experienced both personal and professional difficulties. In September 2019, he was arrested for domestic violence after allegedly beating and stomping his girlfriend and coercing her into his car for sexual exploitation before holding her hostage until she convinced him to let her leave.

Since his release from prison, he is currently playing wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs and regularly delivering highlight reel-worthy performances.

Net Worth

Tyreek Hill has established himself as one of the NFL’s premier wide receivers, thanks to his lightning-fast speed on the field and lucrative contract with Miami Dolphins that paid him over $120 Million, making him one of the highest-paid wideouts.

He holds endorsement deals with various companies like Grip Boost. Living in Florida with his girlfriend and mother, he recently shared a picture of his house that includes an amazing “Cheetah Cave,” complete with memorabilia and drum kit!

His parents are immensely proud of their son, who excelled as an athlete at Garden City College and West Alabama University before breaking out into the NFL. They hope he continues his success within that league.
