Victoria Osteen is an author, pastor, and co-pastor at Lakewood Church alongside Joel Osteen. Victoria Osteen was born in Huntsville, Alabama on March 28, 1961 and raised nearby Marshall Space Flight Center where her father Donald Iloff worked as a mathematician for General Electric as part of Werner Von Braun’s Saturn rocket project team. At two, Osteen moved with her family from her native Alabama to Houston, Texas where they settled near what is now Johnson Space Center. Attending Church of Christ where her mother Georgine served as deacon and taught Sunday school, Osteen later worked at her mother’s jewelry store as well as studying psychology at University of Houston (though not graduating), becoming co-pastor at Lakewood Church alongside Joel Osteen.
