For this you need the following ingredients: 1 pack of fresh gnocchi from the cooling shelf, 1 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, approx. 425 ml cherry tomatoes (from the tin), 2 stalks of basil, 1 onion, salt and pepper.
The preparation is child’s play: First put the gnocchi in boiling salted water, leave to stand for about 2-3 minutes and drain. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the peeled and finely chopped onion, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize it lightly. Then mix with tomatoes and vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Add the dry basil leaves. Add the gnocchi, mix and serve in bowls. The appetizing gnocchi soup in tomato sauce tastes excellent.

For this classic recipe from grandma’s kitchen you need the following ingredients for 4 people: Chicken, approx. 400 grams, 1 onion, 2 carrots, parsley or soup greens, salt and pepper.
Preparation: Put the meat in boiling salted water with a little pepper. Let everything simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked through. If you cooked the chicken beforehand, it will be easier. All you need to do is shred a certain amount of chicken and keep bringing it to a boil in the broth. Then there are the carrots cut into small cubes and the onion. The vegetables are cooked after 15 minutes. If you like, you can add a peeled and chopped potato or some pasta. Make sure to eat the soup warm with sprinkled parsley on top. Enjoy your meal!
