Wenckstern Mini Hot Rod: Pure driving fun

The Wenckstern Mini Hot Rod has been in existence in Hamburg since 2009 – a cheeky speedster that has been reduced to the essentials and is even available with road approval. In the meantime, the dealer network for these unique vehicles in Germany and Europe continues to expand. The Wenckstern Mini Hot Rod as an eye-catcher

The Wenckstern Mini Hot Rod is available in four different versions, with no limits in terms of design. At the rental stations, the hot rods are mainly rented for events, presentations, weddings as well as photo shoots and filming. Companies use the Wenckstern Mini Hot Rod for trade fair appearances, product presentations and store openings. The costs are kept within reasonable limits thanks to the new logo film technology.

Pure sports car feeling

The crazy vehicles measure in length / width / height just 2,010 / 1120/810 mm and weigh 100 kilos. The Wenckstern Mini Hot Rod with its 10 kW (13.6 PS) offers that pure sports car feeling. Power steering, traction control and all-wheel drive were deliberately avoided. A tiny sports steering wheel provides a lot of feedback from the road, with the rear-wheel drive you can drift at will with the flyweight of the vehicle, not even a suspension interferes with the driving pleasure. “The driving experience is simply indescribable, you have to drive it yourself,” says Wenckstern managing director Jan Rüchel.

“Driving through the streets with such a Wenckstern Mini Hot Rod is pure driving pleasure, the reactions of the people are great,” says Silke Breu, who is known in the scene as co-pilot of quad stunt driver Stefan Blank. “Everyone is grinning, waving, honking, laughing, marveling and snapping. First of all, you have to get used to sitting down there somewhere just above the road and looking straight into the exhaust of the other cars, but that’s pretty quick, ”she says enthusiastically. “Just everywhere just positive people and great feedback. The Wenckstern Mini Hot Rod is available from 13,450 euros, with surcharges depending on the variant and design.
