How Long Does it Take to Become an Alimah?

If you have the desire and the discipline to learn the Islamic sciences, you can join a 5 Year Alimah Course. The course consists of interactive sessions, live classes, and discussion forums. The program is structured so that you can devote at least nine hours a week to it. The program is taught by designated Islamic scholars. It is also available as a part-time course with live video conferencing.

After you have finished the Alimah Course, you can choose to become an Ulamah. This is a rigorous program that provides a comprehensive understanding of Islamic sciences. It includes courses in classical Arabic, Hadith, tafsir, fiqh, and Islamic law, among others. In addition, students are taught the six qualities of Sahabah and Islamic theology.

You should also memorize the Holy Qur’an. Every day, you’ll need to recite a part of the Qur’an. If you’re young, this is easier than if you’re older. However, you should still make time for this, as it takes a lot of time.

The main aim of the course is to teach the correct teachings of Islam. You will study the Islamic beliefs, Islamic history, and the Qur’an’s meaning. The curriculum also includes courses in Islamic Law and Legal Methodology. You will also study Islamic spirituality and contemporary issues.

The training period is one year. In addition, you will learn Arabic and tajweed. Once you have completed the course, you can start your work as an alimiya. You must also be willing to devote your life to promoting Islam. By doing so, you’ll be able to provide guidance to people in need.
