Steven Wilkinson was a respected physical therapist and educator, as well as being an invaluable advisor in health care administration.

Wilkinson has long been involved with national tennis organizations. He served on the executive boards of both U.S. Professional Tennis Association and Intercollegiate Tennis Association, among others.

He has composed many works, such as Super Famiconcerto for Tuba and 16-Bit Electronic Accompaniment, Sweet Sea Suite for tuba quartet, Grass Roots, two volumes of solo songs of various themes as well as founding Legato Pesante Tuba Quartet in Hartford Connecticut.

Steven Wilkinson is an internationally acclaimed physical therapist and educator with more than three decades of experience working in healthcare. A member of the Million Dollar Round Table, he founded and chaired Rocky Mountain University of Health Sciences in Boise, Idaho.

He is an active investor and community leader, having previously chaired the Kansas Hospital Association and serving as regional executive for American Hospital Association policy representation in Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas.

David is also a dedicated philanthropist who has served on the boards of numerous local institutions, such as Central DuPage Health and Blackburn College. Additionally, he serves as director for Entergy Corporation and has earned an impeccable reputation for client service excellence and commitment.

Achievement and Honors

As well as teaching, he established the ensemble Capriccio for young string players and ran various workshops and composers’ competitions. Additionally, he would perform at local community events and county fairs; with his wife they often toured around performing original music together.

Wilkinson has received many honors and awards throughout his professional career. These include receiving the Kansas Hospital Association’s Charles S. Billings Award as well as becoming part of Leadership Kansas class 1995.

As Executive Director of the Johnson County Community College Foundation (JCCCF), he has assisted thousands of students pursue college education with scholarships. To commemorate this effort, JCCC Foundation will honor him at its 2022 Some Enchanted Evening Gala event held in Overland Park, Kansas; this black-tie gala includes dinner, entertainment and dancing.

Personal Life

Wilkinson and Wanda have two children together. Both are actively involved in community fundraising efforts, having chaired multiple events such as Overland Park Arts & Recreation Foundation’s Stems event and Kansas State University’s Wabash Cannon Ball galas; additionally they serve on fundraising committees for JCCC Foundation’s Some Enchanted Evening gala and KC Hospice Snow Ball galas.

Wilkinson has over three decades of experience as an investment professional. He holds membership to the Million Dollar Round Table, an organization which recognizes outstanding professional knowledge and ethical conduct, is on nine different boards of directors (Cabot Microelectronics Corporation Audit and Compensation Committee Chairman); serves as President of Wilkinson Wealth Management; his firm manages assets for clients from around the globe.

Wilkinson not only excels as a writer and screenwriter, but he is also known for performing stand up comedy in the UK. As one half of Two Episodes of Mash comedy duo he has appeared on shows such as 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown as well as supporting comedians such as Alan Carr and Russell Howard on tour.

He currently works at Manuscript Edition Solutions in Stratford, Connecticut as a senior advisor and also offers courses on novel writing and screenplay writing.
