Thomas has extensive legal experience representing clients in diverse matters ranging from general corporate matters and mergers & acquisitions, commercial real estate loan transactions and commercial litigations to general real estate matters and general corporate matters. His client roster ranges in value from several million dollars up to hundreds of millions.

As Group CEO of FLSmidth & Co A/S of Copenhagen, which offers innovative engineering, equipment and service solutions to the mining and cement industries. His focus lies on driving sustainable profitable growth through strong customer and employee loyalty; with experience leading stock-listed industrial groups.

Thomas Schulz is an award-winning composer and producer whose music has been used in multiple commercial and film projects. A graduate from London College of Music, Thomas is now employed at Bilfinger, an international industrial services provider headquartered out of Copenhagen in Denmark.

Schulz was honored with many prestigious awards and recognitions during his lifetime, such as receiving the School Bell Award from the National Education Society (1960), being featured at Montreal’s International Pavilion of Humor (1978) and receiving the Lester Patrick Trophy from U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame (1993).
