Wendi Kreutz is an American sports journalist for NBC Sports. She began working in this industry since 2015. Prior to that she played professional football for both Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints.

Kreutz was selected by the Bears in the third round of the 1998 NFL Draft and quickly made headlines due to his fiery temper, including breaking Sekou Wiggs’ jaw during spring practice at Washington Huskies in 1996.

He went on to play professional football for both the Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints, becoming one of the greatest modern NFL offensive linemen. He currently resides in Lake Forest, Illinois with his wife Wendi, where they share six children. Professional Career

From 1998 to 2010, Kreutz earned six Pro Bowl selections with the Bears as well as first-team All-Pro honors.

On August 5, 2011, he inked a one-year, $2 million contract with the New Orleans Saints but only saw action in four of six games, due to an injury on his knee.

Later he joined former teammates Matt Forte, Alex Brown and Lance Briggs on NBC Sports Chicago’s Football Aftershow as gameday analyst, and co-founded No Name Football Podcast with former teammate Jason McKie.

Josh and James Kreutz aspire to join the NFL. He is married to his high school sweetheart Wendi and lives in Bannockburn, Illinois with them having also owning a winter home in Kalama Valley in Hawaii.
