As such, he oversees all transformational facility projects within the department such as Crockett Center for Athletic Excellence benefiting men’s basketball, women’s basketball, volleyball and baseball and Rose Park Indoor Practice Facility serving softball, soccer tennis and women’s golf players.

As Director of Athletics at Belmont University, his primary role is to steer the program to achieve championship results through recruiting and developing outstanding student-athletes. Under his direction, Belmont’s varsity athletic programs have developed into some of the top competitions within their conference and beyond.

He defends manufacturers in complex product liability litigation at both trial and appellate levels, including mass torts involving drugs, medical devices and motor vehicles as well as multidistrict cases nationwide. Furthermore, he represents individuals in family law matters, civil rights claims and criminal prosecutions.

Achievement and Honors

Daniel Corley had lived his entire life in Delaware, Ohio. As a member of New Mt. Sinai COGIC in Columbus, he made sure he spent plenty of time with family and loved ones during his storied life.

He graduated with high honors and was an active member of Beta Gamma Sigma (a business honor fraternity); Alpha Phi Omega (a service organization); and Silver Spurs (an honorary group). Additionally, he served as student senator and was involved in many extracurricular activities.

Illinois State provided Dan with the tools he needed to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic, leading him to own and operate The Punchdown natural wine bar in California and serve as adjunct professor at California State University, Fresno.
