He is an enthusiastic supporter of Harlem Educational Activities Fund (HEAF), a non-profit that offers support to inner city schools. He encourages children to pursue higher education, believing their lives will change once given access to tools that enable them to achieve this goal.

Heaf currently works as the Senior VP of Digital Commerce at Burberry, helping increase their online revenue. Prior to that he served as chief digital officer at BBC Worldwide where he established new platforms and brokered partnerships which increased online sales for their company.

He has worked on projects including the online versions of BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra as well as serving on Nike’s board of directors.
