Early Life and Education

Professional Career

Professional planner for two state capitals, he specializes in urban redevelopment and redevelopment, transit-oriented development and zoning code reform. With great passion he enjoys building great neighborhoods by strengthening commercial corridors, engaging open spaces and realizing city potential.

Has one of the highest shooting floors in the draft thanks to his height, above-average athleticism and consistent effort level. A reliable three point shooter who can hit shots off pin-downs, ball screens and handoffs as well as off the dribble.

Remarks: An outstanding passer off of the dribble with great vision and a go-to move of throwing no-look shovel passes to big men or cutters under. Not the most fluid defender but still competes hard and can get into passing lanes; unfortunately not an efficient finisher around the rim or in traffic.

Achievement and Honors

Larry Olinger was honored for his dedication to Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians as Vice Chairman. Throughout the service, his legacy will live on. His wisdom and knowledge of business were an invaluable asset to the tribe; his love for mariachi music and tennis also played an essential role. Larry Olinger is remembered fondly by many young tribal members such as Reid Milanovich.
