She has performed in numerous off-Broadway theatrical productions, such as her two year run as Susan Boil at Provincetown ArtHouse Theatre.

Early Life and Education

Patti’s love of design, leadership and innovation was fostered early on by both of her parents who are architects. Patti possesses an uncanny ability to see potential spaces that impact others as she sees beyond just physical characteristics alone.

She currently supervises Kohler’s virtual bathroom design team for the US market and, in her free time, works alongside her husband on renovating historic homes in South Bend Indiana. In addition, she hosts afternoon teas and social groups aimed at raising awareness for preservation initiatives within local communities.

Vorhauer decided after her experience volunteering in Sierra Leone that she wanted to make a more long-term commitment, so she turned to nonprofit work as her medium for fulfillment. Among others, she currently volunteers for Women for Women International, Equality Now and Partners in Health; additionally she advocates sustainable agriculture through Mothers and Others.

Professional Career

Adam Patti was an exceptional business leader. As founder and president of Force Industries Communications – a systems integration and process reengineering consultancy – and CEO of ThreadeXchange (an ETF issuer that pioneered an innovative business model), which later sold to New York Life, Adam was one of the pioneering entrepreneurs of his era.

At Yale University, she started off her career as the neuromuscular outpatient clinical research coordinator. Inspired by her experience with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, her passion was driven forward to save and enhance lives through medicine advancement.

She is also an accomplished vocal performer, having appeared both on Broadway and production shows presented by STILETTO Entertainment. She has collaborated with some legendary performers like Meat Loaf (multi-million selling albums and tours up until release of ‘Bat Out of Hell III) as his featured singer.

Achievement and Honors

Patti has performed as a guest artist alongside artists like Tori Amos, Amy Winehouse and the Stereophonics. Additionally, she has organized fundraising and cabaret events like Big Ol’ Show and Suddenly Susan Boil and two sold out runs of Carmen UnZipped with Jean Stilwell.

As well as her musical career, she is actively engaged with the community. She sits on the Advisory Board for WWNO radio station in New Orleans and the Classical Arts Award Committee at Gambit Weekly of New Orleans. Additionally, she has taken an interest in environmental protection through Mothers and Others; working together for 10 years on sustainable agriculture initiatives and new pesticide regulations while assuring consumers have access to healthy foods. Her talents have also been utilized by organizations like Women for Women International and Equality Now.

Personal Life

Adam is the founder and President of ThreadeXchange, an enterprise-level supply chain management consultancy. He earned an MBA with three concentrations – Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Kellogg School of Management; in addition he holds a Bachelor of Science from University at Albany.

Patti is an impressive force both on and off-screen. She exudes confidence and dignity that few others can match.

She brings an unusual perspective to her work and can see the best in everyone she encounters, something which has become evident through the years as she handles relationships and treats coworkers as though they were her family – her sense of humor is unrivaled and passion for people is truly admirable.
