Noah Steinsapir

Noah Steinsapir serves as General Counsel at Kretek International. Working closely with its executive team, he manages the legal capabilities of Kretek’s operations as it grows its legal capabilities in areas including regulatory work, licensing and distribution agreements, intellectual property protection.

The Steinsapir Family recently visited Adi-Negev Rehabilitation Village in Israel where their daughter Molly lived for rehabilitation purposes and held a dedication ceremony for a petting zoo that will bear her name in her honor.

Early Life and Education

Noah Steinsapir was raised in Simi Valley, California. After attending Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and making the Dean’s List and joining Order of the Coif he became licensed to practice law in California.

Noah Steinsapir will work closely with Mad Engine’s team of employees to expand its legal capabilities, with responsibility covering such areas as intellectual property, commercial contracts, production and distribution agreements, licensing issues, regulatory matters, litigation as well as privacy matters.

The Steinsapir Family extends our deepest appreciation to the Jewish National Fund, who helped coordinate an unforgettable trip to Israel and Adi Negev-Nahalat Eran Rehabilitation Village where a petting zoo was dedicated in Molly’s name to commemorate her love for animals and commitment to their welfare.

Professional Career

Noah Steinsapir has held legal positions at two of the premier law firms in the country – Mayer Brown and McDermott Will & Emery. Throughout his professional career, he has gained extensive expertise in products, intellectual property, commercial contracts and distribution agreements, privacy issues, licensing regulations matters litigations matters litigations matters litigation as well as employment matters. At present he serves as General Counsel for Mad Engine.

He oversees all legal affairs for Mad Engine, such as privacy issues, commercial contracts, intellectual property agreements, production and distribution agreements and production/distribution agreements. Working closely with Mad Engine’s CEO Danish Gajiani and team to expand legal capabilities. Furthermore, he oversees corporate governance and risk management.

Personal Life

Noah Steinsapir is an enthusiastic husband and father who takes great pleasure in spending time with his family. He currently resides in Westlake Village, California with his wife and daughter; when not spending time together he enjoys traveling, skiing and golfing. Additionally, as General Counsel of Kretek International his responsibilities encompass legal work related to intellectual property rights protection, commercial contracts, production/distribution agreements licensing regulation litigation privacy issues providing general support for the company as a whole.

Prior to this role, Mr. Wray has led the legal departments of two other medium-sized consumer product companies and made his name litigating high stakes cases at some of the country’s premier international law firms, such as Mayer Brown and McDermott Will & Emery.

He will assume some of the responsibilities previously held by Mad Engine CEO Danish Gajiani and work collaboratively with all team members to strengthen legal capabilities at Mad Engine.
