Tom possesses vast experience handling complex business matters. His practice encompasses representing lenders in commercial finance transactions nationwide as well as real estate financing transactions.
He has represented numerous clients in the sale and purchase of coal operations and properties, having served as corporate counsel with Carbon Industries/Carbon Fuel Company and Westmoreland Coal Company.

Tom takes great pleasure in spending his free time with family and friends, his passion being history. An avid collector of art himself, particularly American pieces by Rembrandt and van Gogh. Additionally, he owns an impressive assortment of antique maps and prints as well as being on Gabelli Convertible and Income Securities Fund Inc’s Board of Directors.
